Fabric Structure

To control fabric stretch, canvas is used as the inner material. The canvas prevents the fabric from stretching, making the ramp seat extremely durable. Additionally, to provide comfort in the seating area, we carefully selected a three-layered carpet material. This special structure prevents the fabric from stretching and provides a more comfortable seating experience.

Functional Beauty

Drawing from our experience in manufacturing car seats, we tested the fabric tension extensively to achieve the most comfortable seating.
Three different sewing machines are used, each with specialized settings for their respective sewing section. This achieves a beautiful finish and a durability that remains unchanged even after repeated sittings.
